Easy, direct and secure online purchase
(Without exposing sensitive data).

○ First you must enter the site as a customer, clicking ► Enter (In the Log in Button at the top right of the page). This will open a login window, where you can register by clicking ► Sign up * After you have confirmed your email and you have logged in as a customer, just click on the image of the product you want, where you will find photos and details of the product as well such as purchase, shipping and warranty.


○ By clicking on ► BUY, the selected product and quantity will be added to a virtual shopping cart 🛒

(From the computer, a preview of the cart on the right side will open, with the VIEW CART button and clicking there takes us to the cart; * In the mobile version it takes you directly to the cart)
 

○ Once in the cart, the added products will appear showing price, costs and quantity.

* This serves as a quote and you can print or save in PDF with Ctrl + P and selecting a printer or the option "Save in PDF ..."

 

○ To continue with the purchase, click on ► CONTINUE🔒 which will take you to the last 4 steps:

Once your payment has been validated, within the service hoursMonday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, you will be receiving an email with the shipping information corresponding to your order.* If the shipment was fulfilled by Amazon, they will send you aemail on our behalf, with a tracking link.* If the shipment was with FedEx, once you have logged in with youraccount, click on your name and then on "My Orders" and thenclick on the corresponding order where you will findboth the number and the tracking link.

We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers worldwide. We use FEDEX, UPS, and DHL to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and in a timely manner. Depending on your location, we will select the most efficient carrier to deliver your artwork. All international orders are subject to additional taxes, duties, and fees which are the responsibility of the customer. At our art store, we offer free shipping on all orders. Unless specified otherwise on the listing, your order will be shipped for free using standard shipping methods. We also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost if you need your order quickly. All orders are securely packaged and shipped with care so that your artwork arrives safe and undamaged. At NeoCrotalic Mexican Art Store, we understand how important it is to protect your investment. That is why we include insurance on all international shipments from our Gallery to your address. All shipments are fully insured to ensure that your artwork arrives in perfect condition. You can rest easy knowing that your purchase is protected. In the unlikely event of any damage or loss during transit, we will take full responsibility and make sure you are compensated for your loss.

►Taxes and Duties ◄

At our Neocrotalic Mexican Art Store, all listed prices do not include taxes, duties, or the service of a custom broker. The buyer is responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes, duties, and the services of a custom broker, if necessary, in order to clear customs in their country. The INCOTERM used for international purchases is CIF (Cost Insurance Freight). Please contact your local customs office for more information about taxes, duties, and custom broker services. Return Policy

Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. All items are final sale. We offer a resale service through our website so if you buy from us you can sell through us. For further details contact us

Damaged Artwork

  • If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your edition, for example if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler. Contact us for local recommendations.

  • If you notice damage upon unpacking your edition from NeoCrotalic Art Store, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the edition was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the edition. In the event that we are unable to replace the edition we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).

  • In case of an eventuality with the international shipping company such as product being lost during transportation we will gave a full refund of the purchase once the shipping company confirm the product was lost. 

  • Wrong delivery due to shipping company will be solved with the shipping company to realocate the goods for correct delivery.

  • Wrong delivery due to customer mistake for wrong place of delivery information will not be subject to refund or claim. We encourage to review very good your address data and in preference to match with the address account of pay pal.

  • Customs and taxes.  Neocrotalic.com does not refund any purchase due to  problems of destination local taxes, permits or customs requirements in your country of destination.  All legal and tax compliance of the country destination is in behalf and responsability of the buyer and customer.    ​
