As we delve deeper into the artwork, we encounter black elements that evoke charred parts. These elements serve as a connection to the transformative power of fire and its influence on the fossilization process. The overall composition aims to be elusive, allowing for open interpretation without direct references to specific examples. Artist Quote

"With this work I wanted to express images that refer to stone fossils.
The mud with its varied terracotta tones has served for some living beings in their passage through time to leave their traces as their plant and animal cells are replaced by dissolved minerals.
Contemplating the elements that make it up transports us in the imagination to generate thoughts in which the phenomenon of time is implicit.
The passage of time and the evolutionary moments of life itself are crystallized in a continuous present.
The parts in black tones relate the idea to charred parts.
The images are intended to be elusive and without the intention of relating it to concrete examples."
